- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing as cost efficient as possible as well as stay competitive in today’s market. Rest assured, there will be no doubt of getting your moneys worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and go over possible services that the client may need. Followed by a few questions for me to better understand the situation at hand. I am normally able to estimate based on current photos of pool, pump, and filter system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My knowledge of chemistry is not that of your normal pool guy. I excelled in general sciences in high school through college and chemistry was a particular favorite of mine. Along with my nearly 10 years experience in the business, not many have my wisdom and experience.
