This is hands down the best experience my spouse and I have ever had with a contractor. ​It all started when Tales came out to give us a quote. We were absolutely blown away by how friendly, honest, and transparent he was. We felt so confident in him that we hired his team on the spot! True to their word, they were at our house just four days later to start the demolition. ​Living in a house during a full floor replacement sounds incredibly stressful, but this team made it a breeze. We couldn't be displaced, so they expertly shifted and moved our furniture around as they worked, handling our belongings with total care. They tackled the massive job of demoing the old tile across our entire house and front patio, and flawlessly installed our gorgeous new tile with the custom black grout we chose. ​The installation crew—Myak, Ramon, Niles, and Joao—were top-notch. They were entirely professional, super friendly, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Our project was quoted and completed within a week, it was amazing! Thales was great to work with and he did everything that he said he would do, and more. Our Lowe's material order was a hot mess and he actually drove from Tampa to Brandon to pick up the tiles. the team moved all of the furniture and they even hauled away some large items that we didn't want. The work itself is phenomenal, and we will recommend CGE to everyone who asks about flooring recommendations, hands down!
