- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge by the hour. All my pricing is flat rate and up front. There are never any surprises! My pricing also reflects a great value for services provided. Quality does NOT have to cost a lot. I keep my overhead to the absolute minimum so I can provide extremely high quality for the most affordable prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always verify the specifics of what the customer is looking for and advise them of my availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
