Bill was very pleasant to work with. He knows his business and is very good at what he does. He was also very neat while installing my 75 inch tv onto my wall, cleaning up after himself and not leaving a mess for me to deal with. I would definitely hire Bill again to do any type of installation at my house. As a matter of fact, I will be contacting him again once I purchase my new TV for my master bedroom. I would highly recommend Bill to all of my family, friends and co-workers.

Most of my pricing is done by submitting a quote after an initial site survey and a discussion with the home owner or project manager.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an informal discussion with the new customer so that they feel comfortable with me and the work that I do. I often offer a free site survey in order to get a better understanding of the project and be able to answer all questions and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of reading material and internet surfing on the latest and greatest products.
