- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I do offer fixed packages, I also do offer scale to budget options. I am happy to work with all budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I get to know more about their deadlines, precise media needs, preferred styles, and overall mission on an initial discovery call. After the discovery call, a quote will be sent to the client including: -Date of Service -Payment Due Dates -Location(s) -Service Items -Cost Breakdown -Final Costs -Our Guarantee Once the invoice is delivered: - Security deposit of 33% is due within 48 hours in order to secure your booking. - Second 33% is due 24 hours before the booking date. -Remaining balance is due once the final deliverables are completed. **If a last minute booking: - Security deposit is 50% at the time of booking. - The remaining 50% is due once the final deliverables are completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Digital Media and TV Production in High School. Additionally, I went to Hofstra University for Broadcast Journalism. I would later on go on to complete training workshops and programs from institutions such as: New York Film Academy, American University, and Google.
