Gosh, I wish everyone we hired was like Matt! He was on time, professional, competent, and took the time to answer my questions. Our softener had some rings that needed to be replaced. He showed them to me so I could see for myself that they had deteriorated. If you're considering any kind of water treatment (softener, filter, etc., etc.) or any servicing/repair of them, he is the person you want to hire.
