I bought a water softener for my home with a reverse osmosis for my sink from Connected Home Solutions LLC. I went into the process with a little knowledge, just looking to upgrade my quality of life. Miguel Quezada was wonderful at breaking down the information, explaining the benefits, and explaining the installation process while providing me with options for financing. During the installation, he was present to ensure the process went well and then provided a demonstration of all of the features. He was thoroughly professional, informed and diligent in everything that he did. He later followed up to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase and was benefiting. I was so impressed by the quality of service I received that I then bought the home security system from him as well. It is not often that you find this kind of customer service, attention to detail and follow through.
