Introduction: I always try for a mix of posed and candids. I love to capture the relationships and interactions between shots. Also, my goal is for the portrait session to be fun! I try to keep things very upbeat and painless.
It's always a thrill for me when clients get excited when viewing their pictures. I had 6 moms cry tears of happiness after viewing their pictures this past year and that it so exciting to see! It makes all the work worthwhile and pushes me to get better and better.

I had Sarah Meyers do the photography at my wedding a few years ago and I LOVED her work. She got a good feeling for my and my husband's personality and what kinds of pictures we wanted. She also managed to make a cool, rainy spring day perfect for our wedding pictures with our reflections in the water on the ground, cool umbrella photos, and some beautiful closeups of the flowers and grounds with rain drops on them.
Alicia took newborn pictures of our daughter this past summer. The photos of my daughter are beautiful and natural, in a quilt outside in the shade of one of our trees. I really like the black and white prints especially. Alicia also took some family shots with my husband and I holding the baby. They are my favorite family pictures I own.

Alicia has taken family photos for us in the past. She has a bright personality to take some of the pain out of it that some of us feel at being the subject of photos. She has excellent equipment and knows how to use it. I fully recommend her services.

I love the pictures taken by That's A Pretty Picture Photography. Alicia listened to what we wanted and then made suggestions when necessary for better lighting and design. I recommend them for family pictures, weddings or any special event!

Alicia takes our family pictures every year. Last year my girls were in the worst mood and did not want to cooperate. I didn't think there would be a cute picture of them, but when Alicia gave me the pictures, she had been able to capture some of the cutest moments! I don't know how she did it! She is patient with my kids and takes the stress out of family pictures. Love!

Alicia is very creative with posing you and your family. She takes time with you and is very patient. She is fun and talkative, very easy to work with :)AND her photos are beautiful! You can really tell she puts lots of time into making them look perfect in post-processing. Overall, she is an excellent photographer that I would recommend to friends, family ... anyone!
