- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You pay only for the work and equipment agreed upon and specified in the contract and you can be sure that the amount will not change during the construction process and you will not have to pay anything extra over the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that this is helping new clients solve problems, helping in search of the product they need. Every effort must be made to ensure that the client is satisfied with my work.
