Yes, I either charge by the hour or by the sqft. pending on the type of project.

Communication, I have all of the necessary technology to keep the customer informed of our intention and the progress of their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied civil engineering, and went through apprentice training for the union. I spent 20 years in the union and left being a superintendent doing 100's of million dollar projects. I decided to ease my stress level and work for individuals.
