Let me just tell you how surprised I was to pull up into my driveway and see this young man get out of his truck. Normally I don’t make reviews based on somebody’s age but I think it is important during a time when the younger generation gets such a bad rap. I learned that he is an 18-year-old business owner while talking with him as he was performing the tasks I engaged him for. I had recently moved and had more empty cardboard boxes that I could put out at the curb and a few other things that needed to be disposed of. He showed up early, had the job half done by the time I pulled in the driveway. The remaining items that were inside were taken care of immediately. His professionalism and drive at an age when most young men are only worried about themselves, their Xbox, or some pretty girl this man is out here hustling. I highly recommend him

Connor went above and beyond expectations. He made an extra stop to pick up items that were needed and then completed the job quickly and efficiently. He also helped with additional tasks beyond what was originally requested. Connor is truly a jack of all trades, and his services were greatly appreciated. My fiancé and I are always busy.
We work hard, and we are always exhausted come the weekend. Instead of getting our projects done we find ourselves putting off things that take away from resting on our days off.
Recently we started working on cleaning out closets, drawers, and even old furniture. We even bought a new mattress pad. But all of the awesome cleaning we accomplished was overshadowed by the ever growing pile of stuff that accumulated in our living room! No matter how many times we went to the complex’s dumpster to chip away at the pile, we never had the energy or time to spend getting everything out. That is when we decided to turn to a company to help remove our junk.
Brightside Junk Removal made an incredible room reappear again!
Our entire experience working with Conner was truly seamless.
Over the last two months, trash bags, old furniture, cardboard boxes, and a king sized mattress pad took up the entire entry area of the living room. It all needed to go to our dumpster across the parking lot in our condo complex. The weight of the bags, the awkward size of the mattress topper, and my chronic neck pain just made everything too hard for us to accomplish.
Conner responded SAME DAY and made a trip to us the same evening. I was so impressed. We were grateful that he was willing to come out with that kind of speed, despite our project being modest in size. He was responsive, considerate, and even willing to come to us late in the day to make sure he could help us same day. It was the kind of service that truly surprised us and made us feel like this company will go above & beyond to accommodate us as their new clients.
I would highly recommend this company to clear an estate, or in our situation, to help you clear out old furniture and junk you don’t need. It feels so good to have our space back and cleared. Conner took a massive project/pain in the butt that has been looming over my to do list and living room for months, and took it off my plate within a half hour’s time. I’m an artist and I had two large bins filled with old paints I needed to throw out and I think they probably weighed ~30 lbs or more each. Conner was able to get them to the trash no problem, and I know if I would’ve attempted to get these bins down the stairs, I would’ve absolutely pulled a back muscle.
As for costs, we paid $220 total.
The project’s total cost, considering the amount of labor, the weight and size of the miscellaneous items, and the fact he had to go up and down a flight of stairs to accommodate our second floor home, was reasonable. Because it was same day service as well, we felt this price reflected the project and the kind of quality Brightside was offering.
We confidently recommend Brightside for your projects and we thank Conner for his abilities and willingness to help us so quickly! We will be sharing the company with friends and plan on using Brightside services for any future junk piles we may accrue in the future ☺️.
