I was procrastinating my kitchen remodel because I was SURE it was going to be a hassle and a headache. Carter Improvements made the entire process so easy! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to the project address and meet with the prospective client as no 2 jobs are the same, every job has its own identity, to then put a game plan together and also make sure my clients and myself are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, I have built, as a General Contractor, 37 single family homes, Completely rehabbed, down to the studs, 8 single family homes. I am EPA Lead Certified.
