Beautiful kitchen and bath remodel. Tom had the most competitive quote AND the fastest turn around. After reading his reviews we felt we should go ahead with him. Very satisfied with the result. He’s very fast with high quality work. Highly recommended.

We have pretty high standards and Carter Improvement delivered! They came in and made a difficult situation a beautiful reality for us! We were absent during a few of the weeks, and never felt taken advantage of because of it. Also, Tom is knowledgeable of the permitting process and handled all that comes with it (!) .
We are thrilled with our new kitchen & island/dining area and flooring (that he matched beautifully with existing floor) & highly recommend Carter Improvements. We will absolutely use them for our future bathroom project.

Tom remodeled a bathroom for me, tiled my family room & fixed a problem I had outside the house where water had previously entered and caused damage. He did a phenomenal job! Very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, & detail oriented. I already have a list of other projects for him to do, lol! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to the project address and meet with the prospective client as no 2 jobs are the same, every job has its own identity, to then put a game plan together and also make sure my clients and myself are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, I have built, as a General Contractor, 37 single family homes, Completely rehabbed, down to the studs, 8 single family homes. I am EPA Lead Certified.
