I was a contractor in New York for 24 years before I decided to move to Florida 6 years ago for a combined 30 years of construction experience and knowledge I have worked on every part of a home. I’m very familiar with different products and what is necessary and needed for the project in hand also making sure that I’m able to explain to my homeowners and having them understand the importance of certain things that I do suggest and I highly recommend using. Having my homeowners trust me and feel confident, in my decisions, and direction that I feel should be taken allows them to feel relieved and comfortable, knowing that they’re getting good quality works done on their investment, I do a lot of research on new types of applications, new design ideas, getting to understand and familiarize myself with different materials and their need for particular projects. staying ahead and up-to-date on new building, trends, designs, and products really does help execute What could of been a difficult time due to stressors and doubts. Now is Confidence from my home owners
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I highly suggest that you do your due diligence in researching products and different types of materials along with their availability. So when you do sit down with a contractor, you both can be on the same page as far as contractor, knowing what direction you’re going with your design and also with the leeway time for scheduling your project properly this also shows the interest from your end that you wanna be more involved with the design and or any ideas that you may wanna try to explain to your contractor with confidence that your interested in possibly trying to incorporate different colors textures, materials, products, things that are unconventional, but interesting to you, etc.
