- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all our new students off with a free one-on-one orientation class. After that you can enroll in our free two week trial program or go ahead and get started in one of our ongoing training programs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure your Martial Arts Instructor is certified and licensed by an accrediting organization. Has your instructor been trained to teach Martial Arts - or has their main experience been as a student? The American Taekwondo Association offers the highest levels of professional certification in the Martial Arts industry.
