Introduction
Hello all,
I would like to take the time to share with you my experience in the mortgage industry. In my 15 years, I was a loan processor, underwriter, title/mortgage/real estate, closer, quality control, and performed several contract reviews for attorneys and bankers.
I have been a mobile notary agent since 2018 serving Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Hillsborough, and Pinellas, Manatee, Polk, and others. E & O insurance coverage/background screened and certified by the NNA. My services include loan signs, applications, mods, VIN verification, photos for real estate, wills, POA, contracts, affidavits, I9, more.
RON- Remote Notarization with Clear Sign.
Unfortunately I do not perform a wedding ceremony.
With my vast knowledge, in documents and loan packages, it is highly important to me that the client receives the utmost professionalism and quality level treatment.
I am available 7 days a week 5am-10pm and Saturday & Sunday and will travel 70 plus miles.

I’ve found my go-to Notary Professional, Amy was great! She was punctual and very organized. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process to me as well as the timeframes I can expect after completing the documentation. She was very patient as I examined and reviewed all of the documentation and was diligent in her witnessing, not missing any documents or signatures that were required of me. She was very professional and had a warm presence about her which is a plus when inviting a stranger into your home. I would definitely recommmend Amy for any of your notary needs, I’ll be using her again!
