As a former K-12 educator for 20+ years, I developed so many great skills, such as being a strong communicator, listening well to others, collaborating with my peers, and being adaptable in any situation. In addition, I was able to apply my love for structure, order, and organization in the classroom. These skills are so interchangeable and important in the process of decor and design that I have been able to also apply them all to my expertise of designing and decorating for the last 10+ years.
