- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
GREAT VALUE AND GREAT SERVICE Because I am new to Thumbtack, I can offer you the best prices. I want to get to know you, and more importantly, I want you to get to know me! Not only will I beat my competitors prices, I will offer a 10% discount on a second service. You save even more just for being a repeat customer! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COMMUNICATION is key to great service and also a big part of the first step. I want to make sure I see my client's vision just as they see it themselves. That way I can deliver a product they most certainly will love, and come back for my services when they need them in the future! I want to be sure I am going to deliver a product the client will love. I'm not satisfied until my client is satisfied. We discuss timeline and budget, and I always produce a rough draft at the start of a project, then do a quick review with the client to determine any edits. I make myself accessible to a client throughout the creation process. If the client needs assistance finding a printer for their project, I do that as well for free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a part-time student at State College of Florida (SCF) in Venice and Bradenton FL working towards my degree in Applied Science. I have already completed their Graphic Design Certificate Program #3021. I'm enrolled in 2 classes for Spring 2018, I have a 3.33 GPA, and at the end of this semester I will have 51 of 60 Credits completed. Graduation Day is on course for Fall 2018.
