This year during thanksgiving weekend I decided to hire a personal chef for the celebration of my mother and girlfriends' birthday. It was during this weekend when I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bartlett. Two weeks prior to meeting him I had no idea that I; being a full time college student, could afford the luxury of a personal chef for the two most important women in my life but upon further research and a few phone calls with several different chefs I came to the conclusion that this luxury was an absolute possibility. Over the phone, Mr. Bartlett politefully answered my wide variety of questions about the affordability and the inclusiveness that comes with hiring a personal chef. While answering my questions he was polite, sincere, patient, and most importantly charismatic. Over the phone I was enjoying his good sense of humor, and after the informative phone call was finished his professionalism continued. He wrote up a itinerary for the special evening and once again reiterated the inclusiveness of my specific package including the statement of price, date, and time. The convenience of him being able to work with all my requests including price range and especially date along with times with it being a holiday weekend was remarkable to say the least. Upon his arrival, his charismatic nature and professionalism which I encountered over the phone and email most certainly preceded him. Moreover; if that wasn't enough, he punctually followed the itinerary teaching my request of a brief lesson on knife skill allowing all of us to participate. The product of our labor was beautifully crafted into a impressive bruschetta that was to be our appetizer which we enjoyed from the comfort and warmth of my own living room while Mr.Bartlett catered to our requests for seconds, thirds, and even fourths... Needless to say the bruschetta was the bomb! He finished the dinner while we were conversing among ourselves and enjoying the appetizer. The plate was impressively displayed and served to us by none other than Mr. Bartlett, my mother girlfriend took over a terrabyte of pictures to make all their girlfriends jealous, it worked. By the time we had finished the memorable dinner Mr. Bartlett had finished the dishes and my family and I thanked him endlessly for the more than enjoyable evening. He went on his own way and we are still stuck with the incredible experience in our memory. Now with almost a month of time passed after the event the birthday girls still cannot stop raving over how great the experience was. If you are looking for a personal chef who is professional, charismatic, and has a solid background of experience, certifications, as qualifications that back the individual up, then Mr. Bartlett is the personal chef for you. Being a satisfied customer, I can assure you a excellent experience from his services.

My guests and I agree, Christmas dinner was one of the more memorable meals we've ever enjoyed. Prepared by Todd Bartlett of Creative Cooking Concepts, an obviously highly talented chef, beef tenderloin absolutely melted in your mouth; fresh corn off the cob was treated as if it were a delicacy; a salad of mixed greens, which were so fresh they must have been harvested a half hour before arriving at our home, was even more exciting with the addition of toasted walnuts and sweetened cranberries. I don't think the conversation through and immediately after dinner included anything other than "wow, this is (or, that was) amazing". If you need to impress, I highly recommend calling Todd. One final comment.....you won't break the bank!

What a great find with Todd Bartlett! We were looking for someone to provide 1 meal for 2 people on Christmas day at a short notice. He came through! He completely understood the situation and provided our parents with a yummy hot Christmas meal they didn't have to worry about preparing! He went above and beyond and has also let us know that he does meal packages that can provide multiple meals to be frozen and ready to eat with only microwave heating required. Super super super service!! THANK YOU!

The food was very tasty, Todd prepared the food prior to arriving to our New Years Eve dinner for 14.Was not expecting that. He arrived at 6pm and was out the door at 7:15. The food was very good a bit cool but difficult when serving 14. However he seemed to be in a hurry that evening as he served our plates on the table cleaned up his stuff and left.
