- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do give a discount for owners that have 3 or more units!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in accounting which helps because there is a lot of bookkeeping in property management!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both of my parents were Realtors so I grew up in the business. They also had rental properties themselves so I learned a lot about managing rentals when I was really young.
