Did a great job very responsive and professional. Explained each step of what he was going to do and made sure the completed job was just what I wanted . He responded right away and was here the same day. He put in 2 new electrical outlets and spent about a hour on the job site. He charged me $400.00 for both outlets He originally said that he was going to charge me around 250 dollars but when he got here he changed his mind and asked for 400 which I gave him since I just wanted the job done but $400 dollars for a hours work I feel is too much and I feel he over charged me.

I called NYC Power Pros to install a fan box and fan. While JP and Joe were working on the job they found a problem with the wiring installed by another electrical contractor. JP took the time to explain the problem and offer solutions. They immediately corrected the problem and finished the original job They did more than I expected and probably saved me from future disaster. They left the work area cleaner and in better shape than before they arrived. If you use JP and crew for your electrical needs you will an honest and capable team at your service. I would definitely hire them again.
