- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate. Anything after the two hour minimum is charged in quarterly increments so that we are not over charging you for time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always come wearing a mask, we always have the customer sign us in at the time of arrival and sign us out when the job is finished. We have a covid consent form and also just a breakdown of our 49 point cleaning list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers are insured through the company and have taken classes on how to properly clean a home and business in a timely fashion.
