- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step to me is being able to satisfy my clients from the beginning. Having a good communication with them is vital so that I can offer them the best service. Getting to know their expectations for the job is very important to me and for that reason I prefer to give an estimate after seeing the job and taking account of anything a client requires.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All customers have the same value to me and for that reason working with anyone is a pleasure to me.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to customers would be to give every provider an opportunity to explain the quality of work they offer so that you are able to choose wisely.
