I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! Clara provided both the food and the decorations. The table settings and balloon works were tasteful and refined. It was the simple and elegant look I wanted. The food was outstanding, the meatballs and sliders were crowd favorites. A big shout out to the server who stayed on top of everything, from the service to the clean up. Its rare to find a planner who excels at both aesthetics and the menu, but she nailed it!! Thanks again Clara.
The event was beautiful from beginning to end! The party planner asked me for my vision and really made everything come to life. The table settings, the backdrop, the linens, the food warmers, everything was perfect. She was professional and punctual and everything looked stunning. 10/10 highly recommend.

I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The backdrop they created for my daughters graduation party was beautiful. The centerpieces perfect, I made a mistake in how many tables and when I called last minute to add another she rectified MY mistake immediately!! Would definitely recommend and use again!!! They set up and break down!! Love it!!

I hired Alexandra Michele Events to decorate my daughter’s birthday party. The owner was very professional and easy to talk to. I sent her some inspiration photos of how I envisioned the decor and she executed the look even better than I could have imagined. I received so many compliments. Not only was the quality of her work beyond amazing, the price was reasonable. We had a tight window for set up and break down. The team arrived at the venue early to make sure the set up was perfect and broke everything down within 15 mins after the party was over. I am so pleased with my experience. Next time, I will be using their full party planning services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost includes: Consultations up to event day, research, planning/coordination, venue planning, meetings, set-up/breakdown day of event
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a meeting with the client (a free 1st consultation) in person or phone call, to understand your vision and what is the most important thing you want your guests to remember. This takes about an hour.
As I ask questions, I take notes so I can prepare a proposal for you, which we will review together with details on services provided and cost.
If the proposal is accepted by you, we move forward with a detailed contract. From there I begin to coordinate and plan your amazing event!
