For Founder Jim Anderson and Owner Rick Burton, roofing is simply what they know best. From the early age of 10, Jim helped his father work on roofs and followed in his footsteps with a lifelong career in roofing. Rick had a background in Carpentry and holds a degree in Business Management. So, when the two struck up a friendship through fishing off the East Coast of Florida, they decided to combine their talents to launch Native Roofing Enterprises in 1996. Once they had materials the job went as scheduled. Workers cleaned up every day and end of job cleanup was thorough. Only found 2 or 3 nails in the grass after they left. Roof looks great. Thank You!

I am very happy with Native Roofing. Rick came out right away and gave me an estimate. He also gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and why and what did not need to be done. His crew came out on time as planned. They were very courteous, professional and friendly. They cleaned up everything before they left. The job was done exactly as was detailed in the estimate. The price I paid was by far the best price I had received of any of the estimates. I will only use Native Roofing moving forward. Thanks Rick and Rafael and team. 5 stars for a great experience!

I worked mostly with Rick who was one of the owners of Native roofing and the responsiveness was amazing to any questions or concerns I had. I live in an over 55 comunity, so many people have allot of time on their hands and sometimes can be critical of workmen in the neighborhood and my neighbors raved about how fast, clean, and professional these guys were. They cleaned up after themselevs everyday and at the end of the job, the few things I notice that needed touching up they did imediately. Great company to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With all the price increases constantly arising in our industry, we quote each job individually to make sure we give each customer the best price at the time of the request. We keep all our customers updated as to when we are expecting a new price increase. In addition, existing re-roof customers receive a $100 gift card when they refer a new customer who signs a contract, and the new customer also receives $100 discount off their roof. We offer other discounts and promotions periodically as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive the request from the customer (and within 24-48 hours), we set up a time to meet and go over all the details pertaining to their specific job and provide them with a detailed quote. Once the quote is agreed on, we prepare the contract and permit paperwork for the city and then submit it right away. As soon as we receive the approved permit, we deliver the materials and begin the job ASAP. After completion of the job, we set up a walk-through with the customer and provide them with their final paperwork and warranty for their roof.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are two partners that own Native Roofing. One of our owners and founder (Jim), has over 35 years of experience in roofing. The other partner (Rick) has over 12 years in the industry and has a bachelor's degree in Business Management. All of our roofing staff have over 25 years repairing all types of roofing.
