Arrived at the scheduled appointment time, did an excellent job replacing some floor tiles, cleaned up and charged me the quoted amount.

After having a fair share of negative experiences with contractors in the past, we decided to use thumbtack to find a contractor for our new floor in our kitchen. Julian and New Leaf Property Services were a breath of fresh air. After meeting with Julian you can tell he really has a passion for his craft and is finally an HONEST contractor, something rare to find these days. Will definitely be having him back for more projects in the future! Thanks Julian, love the new floor!
