"I had a fried Acer laptop. Todd was so honest and told me I had one day of warranty left; he easily told me my laptop was done, had it fixed for free and kept it. But this guy is honest! He sent out the laptop to Acer, and they fixed it for free. I was only charged a very low rate for a diagnostics test, and I got back basically a brand new laptop. I will definitely use Todd and a plus again. I'm going to get my dell fixed next.
