Luis did an excellent job. He was on time and worked all day until it was all finished. He even replaced all the copper pipes and it all looks like brand new. I would hire him again

Luis helped us go buy a new toilet, install it and remove the old one, he was really nice and responsive. I would recommend him for doing this job.

I hired Luis to turn on the water and repair any leaks in a vacant condo. He arrived promptly as promised, which I appreciated. However, today, we discovered an issue with the toilet tank that he failed to repair. Rather than acknowledging the oversight, he unfairly blamed my 83-year-old uncle instead of taking responsibility. I’m disappointed with the lack of accountability and would not recommend his services.

He doesn’t respond in a timely manner, he states he was on trip but couldn’t seem to let me know since the 29th of September than I tried again on 3rd of October still no response. I texted him today proceeds to have an attitude with me about his trip. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.
