I hired Luis to turn on the water and repair any leaks in a vacant condo. He arrived promptly as promised, which I appreciated. However, today, we discovered an issue with the toilet tank that he failed to repair. Rather than acknowledging the oversight, he unfairly blamed my 83-year-old uncle instead of taking responsibility. I’m disappointed with the lack of accountability and would not recommend his services.

Had an appointment to have toilet repair .. text me upon my contact to see where he was.. hour later said on his way. 2 hours later never showed. I cancelled him. VERY poor customer service !!! Beware
