Diago runs the show. He is partial owner of the restaurant and for good reason. His passion and care is definitely felt. My wife and I started by getting quotes from this awesome website. We called around and set up 3 taste tests. Diago on behalf of Rollatini's was our first. Diago was so awesome, accommodating, assuring, passionate, and caring with the first visit that we didn't even taste test with anyone else. We had a smaller wedding that was meant to be with all our loved ones. It was for 80 people and our budget was not very much considering what we wanted. Diago went above and beyond to accommodate us. He not only did the catering but helped by using his connections to rent other things we needed for the wedding. We had 3 meetings prior to the wedding to make sure everything was in order. Each time he provided a lunch for us at his restaurant (food is always awesome and a great price). My wife and I constructed our wedding from scratch with no wedding planner or anything in that respect due to budget. So needless to say, the day of the wedding for us was crazy as we were setting up. Diago arrived early and promptly just as he said he would. He brought 3 other awesome servers with him to help. He completed everything we agreed on and not once did I or my wife have anything to worry about with him. The food was phenomenal and service to match, which was surprising for a buffet style. Through out the wedding he made sure my wife and I were taken care of. He even provided us with some awesome pics he took during the wedding. This guy is passionate about each and every job he takes on, big or small, and he will definitely do his best to accommodate your needs. And you definitely won't have to worry about your guests going hungry as he brings plenty of food. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We had numerous guests ask us for details regarding our caterer. Thanks Diago and we will be frequenting your restaurant.

Dealing with Rollatini staff was one the best experience ever. They very professional and punctual. They did an outstanding job organizing my husband's 50th birthday celebration. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Diago and his team from day 1 were amazing!!! From our first meeting, he treated us like family and it never changed. The food is delicious... service was professional and on point, and the displays of food were beautiful! I would highly recommend Diago and Rollatini to any bride and groom... they will make u feel at home every time you step foot in one of their restaurants!! Take a look at their website! We hired Rollatini for our 40th anniversary party. Our experience was wonderful from planning the event to the night of the party. The servers were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and helped throughout the event. The food was delicious..all of our guests commented on how good the food was. Thank you Diego and your staff for making our night perfect!
