- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No Service Fee with any repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I gather as much information on the system from the customer as possible, photos are great, to help identify the cause of the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As for HVAC/R I have completed the Apprenticeship program 4yrs in 3yrs while working hands on in the field. My earlier years training as a project manager with and IT background gives me a systematic view to solve problems.
