Roxanne Birney is a wonder. Her carrot cakes are the best Ive tasted! I know this firsthand and have ordered from the Exceptional Carrot Cake Company for special occasions. I absolutely love her confections and hear raves from others as well. Roxanne is a brilliant speaker. Her messages are based on important life lessons shes experienced. I've seen her emotionally move audiences many times. Most importantly, Roxanne is a miracle. The maladies she's overcome are awful and devastating, yet she's beaten the odds more than once with her amazing inner strength, personal courage, and loving heart. I'm very lucky to know Roxanne and highly recommend her in any endeavor she takes on.

Roxanne catered my high school graduation party back in 2010, and it was absolutely fabulous! All the guests loved the food, especially her famous carrot cake. I would hire her for another upcoming event like that in a heartbeat!

Awesome service and absolutely amazing carrot cake! I ordered a last minute carrot cake for the holidays. She happily accommodated my order and the carrot cake was the favorite dessert by many. What a nice surprise to find Exceptional Carrot Cake at WPB downtown greenmarket. Love love love to treat myself to a cupcake.

At a recent family reunion we had a carrot cake from Exceptionally Carrot Cake Company. There were more than 20 of us, but I think I ate about a third of the cake myself! It is absolutely the best carrot cake you will ever eat! Thanks, Roxanne!
