worse service ever. I would never recommended this place to anyone. The name says it all 1 stop it should be do not stop. I needed a document from Jessica, she never wrote my document, kept my money, this been going on for a few months. Everytime I ask for my refund since she refused to do the work, she tells me its in the mail, and knowing the document is time sensitive she waits to contact me the day its due at 5pm asking for an extension via email knowing the clerk of the courts close at 4pm. Then wants to charge me for the motion because she didnt finish the brief in time, claims she lost her work due to her computer catching a virus cause she allowed her son to use her computer.

THE WORST service ever. I've had a horrible experience retrieving my files from a case she filed for me. It was Literally harder than pulling teeth! Don't waste your money nor time with this lady!

DO NOT GET HELP FROM THIS PLACE.
I paid Jessica Pineda to help me fill out and file Paternity and Child support papers. She screwed up everything, then told me that she didn't have copies of the paperwork and that I would need to correct them and re-file them myself. She is not a certified paralegal.

Do not call this place.
I had Jessica Z help me fill out paperwork and she made several errors and didn't want to fix her own errors and told me to fix them myself and then re-file the paperwork. She does not have the skills needed to do any type of legal paperwork. She is obviously incompetent. My grandmother also had Jessica do paperwork for her and Jessica made mistakes in my grandmother's paperwork too and gave her a 50% refund. I have filed a complaint against this fraudulent business with the Better Business Bureau.
