- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have set package pricing. I am here to work with you and what you want, and not to try to fit you into a premade box. Every event and every client is different and unique and it is my goal to listen to you and work within your budget for what it is that you feel will make your event everything that you imagined. Estimated pricing on my profile is my highest estimate, please reach out to request a quote and I will respond with a personalized quote catered to your individual needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact I am always available by phone, text, or email to discuss any details, questions or concerns you may have. I am happy to also arrange for meetings in person, or via Zoom at any time. Once ready to move forward I will send a formal quote as well as a contract along with any deposit and final payment information and a link to your new client portal where you can log in and review all the details of your event at any time, as well as upload any information you would like for me to have including song lists, requests, or anything else you can think of. Within a couple months of your event I will load your event packet into your portal where you can update timelines and information relevant to your event. Throughout the entire process I am here for you at any time to answer questions, help you plan, or even just to chat if you like!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a lifelong passion for music in all genres, I got my start as a DJ in 2007 hosting Karaoke nights and providing DJ services to local bars and restaurants in Maryland. I then developed a highly successful Music Bingo event that is a huge hit and a lot of fun for all types of crowds. After several years of honing my DJ and MC skills, learning the ins and outs of the DJ business and continually upgrading my equipment, I felt comfortable in offering my services for weddings and larger events in 2010. Since then I have had hundreds of happy clients. I relocated my business from Maryland to Southeast Florida in January, 2021 as my wife was given an awesome opportunity to advance her career in West Palm Beach. I look forward to bringing my experience and professionalism to Southeast Florida!
