- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While details and amount of service are paramount to determine an exact price for your event, our price scale ranges from $495 - $3,000. $695 base price for a wedding. Larger scale events with computerized lighting and laser would be at the high end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the consultation we will discuss what services the client desires. We may offer ideas to improve and/or save the client money. The service agreement and deposit reserves the date. Until the date of the event I will be in contact with you and your venue coordinator several times to finalize details. We visit any venue we are not familiar with to perform a site survey, to plan the event, well in advance (no additional cost to the client). We arrive at events 1-2 hours early in order to assemble our equipment and perform a sound/light check. We'll need at least one hour after the event is overt to load equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electricity, electronics and years of experience as a DJ. DJ Frankie Valentine has been an studio mix consultant for recording artists, a radio DJ and night club DJ in several cities throughout the USA.
