He was extremely punctual. Surveyed the inside and outside areas, explained the problem and proceeded to take care of it. He promised to come back on Saturday to check on it.

Bruce gave me an appointment for the day I requested to assess the problem . He arrived when he said he would in the midst of an all-day driving rainstorm. He checked out the house and showed us a termite infestation. He arranged to have his "termite guy" call us the next day. I will definitely use Bruce for all future exterminating jobs.

Bruce came to me on Friday 04/19/2019 and I had workers pairing the house. Without any hesitation he told me that he will do the Attic and exterior only and will come back for interior as he needs to spray the baseboards.
He followed up with me on Tuesday the 23rd and asked me if I am ready to complete the job. I really loves that he initiated the follow up and on Wednesday he came and sprayed the inside and re-did the Exterior-lawn-pavers at no charge. Will definitely hire him again. Loved his professionalism and him initiating the follow up.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly, Every Other Month, Quarterly, One Time and Yearly On Call that range from $55.00-$85.00 depending on the intensity of the issue and size of your home. Yearly On Call is not included in that range
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recognize your time is precious. We find out what the problem is. Do an inspection and treat thoroughly. We talk to you about precautionary measures and what we have done. Then tell you what you can expect from us in the days to come. Then we are on our way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have worked with the largest pest control co. in the United States The requirement was to attend school every week. We needed to pass tests given every week that pertained to Harborage of the insects, what they feed on, what products worked best, safety to the customer and much more
