Excellent service from both the company and the technician. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions about the mosquito treatment and explain the whole process. They were here for almost an hour! He made a stressful situation much easier, and I highly recommend Lume Pest.

Had an awesome experience with Lume pest control. We have been dealing with a horrendous spider problem and I started getting quotes. Not only were they super fair on pricing, but Wes who came out who is I believe one of the owners, he went above and beyond for us and was out at our house for over an hour. There is now not a spider web in sight, he even used this fancy fogging backpack machine to fog around the roofline of our house, all around the backyard and around the garage where there were so many spiders. 10/10 recommend. They are going to come back in a couple months and treat again and said I could call anytime before then if i see anything concerning and they will come out for free. Awesome company.

Wes was awesome! Explained everything to me from start to finish. He was very kind and kept a great attitude the whole time regardless of how hot it was outside. He treated all the areas around the house and gave recommendations for what to keep an eye on going forward. The process was simple from booking the appointment to getting the service done. Very happy with everything so far.
