The tech Val came on time. Looked through both of my attic spaces. He didn’t find anything. He checked around the outside of my house and recommended cutting some vegetation. If I have an issue again I won’t hesitate to contact them.

Want to be sure they get the credit due to them. I know not alot of people want to advertise their pests, but how else will others who need their services know their quality? They are beyond a blessing! We moved into a rental with a preexisting that landlords wouldn't cover. We are still in our 90 day window, and they've only had to come back once so far (remember preexisting so no clue how bad infestation). Not only has their process nipped the bedbugs in the bud, they've helped with other pests! We have a contract with a different exterminator for palmettos and such that we got before we found this company. Their stuff isn't working, but Nextgen's has gotten rid of them without spraying for them intentionally! As soon as our contract is up with the other company, we are moving everything over to Nextgen.

They have kept there word on the 90 day coverage. BRANDON IS AMAZING went above and beyond flipped my house upside down basically to get the job done and even cleaned up after moving beds and couches and swept it all up even took down curtains to kill a nest he's amazing he needs a raise!

Great staff very friendly and family owned they responded with a visit the very next day to my service! loved the fact that they had a 90 day guarantee... because my issues with bed bugs wasnt completely resolved due to so many they have continued to keep there word and are coming back out with no extra hidden fees or charges!
