After interviewing numerous contractors for my kitchen and bathroomremodel I engaged the services of Cartlidge Construction. The owner of the company personally oversaw my project, made recommendations for design changes based on his experience and ultimately brought my dreams to life. The project site was kept very clean and I was provided daily updates of the progress via an homeowner's portal. The project came in on time and on budget.

This guy is looking for fools. He gave me a quote for 45k to do a tiny little kitchen in a studio apartment keep in mind that doesn’t even include appliances nor top shelves. He wants a 5K just to demolish the existing small kitchen that I have and his reasoning behind it is he smelled the mold and in his own words “moved through the common elements was being bagged so that mold spores aren’t released”. stay away and don’t waste your time.
