On-Site Meeting & Measurements – We meet in person, take precise measurements, and discuss your expectations in detail. Estimate Preparation – Based on the information gathered, we provide you with a clear and transparent estimate. Negotiation & Adjustments – We review the estimate together and make any adjustments to fit your budget and preferences. Contract Signing – Once all details are agreed upon, we sign a contract to ensure clarity and mutual commitment. Project Realization – Our team gets to work, delivering high-quality, European-style workmanship on time and with attention to every detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Izabela Lachowicz, is a highly skilled Construction Manager and Estimator with over 25 years of experience in both the European and U.S. markets. Her background includes managing complex renovation, adaptation, and modular construction projects with a strong focus on quality and precision. In addition, our team consists of trained, experienced professionals who deliver high-quality, detail-oriented workmanship, always on time and to the highest standards.
