Outstanding Experience with F&L Builder ConstructionAfter a burst sprinkler pipe flooded my condo, I was faced with extensive repairs and, ultimately, a complete kitchen remodel. I am incredibly grateful that F&L Builder Construction was recommended to me by a friend.Olivia and Fabio were an amazing team to work with throughout the entire process. Olivia's creativity and keen eye for detail made her the artistic force behind my beautiful new kitchen design. She helped guide me through countless decisions and transformed my 25-year-old kitchen into a space that I truly love.Fabio and his team handled all of the restoration work, including replacing damaged carpet, flooring, drywall, ceilings, and paint, as well as completing the kitchen remodel. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. It was clear that everyone involved took great pride in their craft and paid close attention to every detail. One thing that really stood out was their communication. F&L kept me informed on a daily basis, explaining what was happening, what to expect next, and answering every question I had. When you're dealing with a major flood loss and have never been through anything like it before, that level of communication and reassurance is invaluable. The team was always punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. At the end of each workday, they made sure everything was cleaned up and organized before leaving. Most importantly, they treated my home as if it were their own. There were times during this stressful process when Olivia and Fabio not only answered my questions but genuinely helped ease my concerns and keep me focused on the end result.I couldn't be happier with the finished product and the experience I had with F&L Builder Construction. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration, remodeling, or construction services.Thank you, Olivia, Fabio, and the entire F&L team, for taking such great care of my home and for delivering results that exceeded my expectations!

I cant recommend this company enough. From design through demolition to the final remodel, they were professional, competent, and excellent at communicating. Our outdated and nonfunctional 90s kitchen hasnt just been updated; the entire space has been transformed. Its completely changed the atmosphere of our home. In the last week alone, weve hosted more people than we had in the previous six months. We couldnt be happier with the results and will definitely be using them again for future remodels.A huge thank you to Livia and Fabio for the outstanding work!

I cant say enough great things about F & L Builder Construction. In a world where it can be hard to find truly honest and dependable contractors, this company stands out in every possible way.Fabio, the owner, is the definition of integrity. From the very beginning, he was transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way, not just the easy way. You can tell he takes immense pride in his work and in treating his clients with respect. His team reflects that same level of excellence. Every worker is professional, hardworking, and incredibly skilled. They show up on time, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to perfection. Its rare to find a crew that works with such dedication and attention to detail. What really sets F & L Builder Construction apart is their honesty and commitment. There are no shortcuts, no surprises, just high-quality work and people you can truly trust. If youre looking for a company that delivers not only outstanding results but also peace of mind, I wholeheartedly recommend F & L Builder Construction. They are simply amazing at what they do.
