Over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, property management, and project management. Extensive experience managing full renovations including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, stucco, and structural work. Strong background in coordinating subcontractors, budgeting, scheduling, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
