Simon was a third opinion. We thought we had a near impossible task making our new pump compatible with our old cast iron system. But Simon did it! He not only completed the job but did it timely and affordably (we had a set budget and he worked with us). He took the extra time to program our new pump and also educate us on a few other details that we were unsure of.
I called him with a few questions once the job was complete and he was polite, patient and willing to take my calls and walk me through things over the phone!
If in need, call Simon! Our yard has never looked better!!!!

Simon was fantastic! I highly recommend. He responded immediately. On a Sunday!! Came out after finishing a job. This guy is a hard worker. I’ll keep it short, yeah right, but bottom line…showed up very fast on a Sunday, came prepared, very very knowledgeable, educated me on where my water shut off is and how to access it. Very patient and not condescending. Very mindful of my floors even though they’re a mess (gave me a great tip on how to fix part of the floor for cheap!)
Of course my old house had some weird pipe. He went to the store to get a different part. Came right back fixed it up, gave me a better valve and a new hose thingy because mine was old and gross. Super fast. Neat. Quiet. Self sufficient. Communication was perfect. Explained what he was doing but didn’t waste time. Dog friendly. VERY reasonable cost especially for making a trip to the store AND it being a Sunday. I was embarrassed to admit that my problem started because I thought I could install my own new bidet thing. Created a leak. He offered to install it, did it super fast. He was very nice 😊 He was very professional and we had a chuckle about the directions and a little TMI. 😆 NO we didn’t test it for real but it does work great! He installed it perfectly 🚿🚽 💦 Side note I highly recommend a bidet!! 👍👍 I would recommend Simon and definitely plan to call him again.

Simon was amazing. He came into a disaster zone where I tried to handle my system issue myself. He analyzed the situation and told me exactly what was wrong. Not only did he fix my situation but he fixed all the problems I had that went along with it. The previous home owners seem to never take care of their irrigation system. He did not stop the man is a working machine. I’m glad I hired him and would recommend you too also, thanks again Simon, amazing job. Hope to do future projects and look forward to getting you involved because of your professionalism. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically receive a phone call and collect the necessary information such as name address phone number then an appointment to set up where I visit the customers property and meet and greet the customer, then we proceeded to take a look at the project or projects
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in heating and air conditioning at Georgia Piedmont Technical college........ Plumbing and irrigation.... (I wrote at home depot plumbing and irrigation department for 7 years)...... And the rainbird training Academy in Las Vegas.
