- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can either quote a job with a set rate or work by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases I can quote my work without coming by to give you an estimate. Sending the make and model of what I'm installing or a picture of the boxes with the make and model makes it possible to give you a more accurate quote. It also allows me to be more prepared to do the work. When I arrive at your home we go over what you want done and then I just get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of on the job training working with electricty, plumbing, and hanging equipment.
