- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on package. Clients can either pay upfront the full price or monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first thing we do is setup a free connect call so I can see what the person is looking for and if I can be of service to them. After that we go over the 3 different offers because I work with clients for either 3 or 6 months. From there I get the client setup into the online system where they will have access to meditations l, breath-work, morning and nighttime routines, exercises, journal activities assign and so much more to cater to this particular client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a minor in education I am a certified Master Life Coach I am certified in The Emergence Process (energetic technique) Certified CrossFit Coach certified Breathwork instructor
