I just did a breath work session with Christine and it was AMAZING! I didn't realize that I disconnected from my body until I reconnected and felt my eyes want to open. My body felt like it was pulsating. The whole process was great, I felt comfortable and Christine guided me through the process in such a way that I didn't even feel like it was virtual. I didn't feel alone at all, And I just felt like everything was going to be okay afterward.
