What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base the cost on the total square footage of the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors are all licensed through the state of Florida. They also complete continuing education annually.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The cheapest person is not always the best. I know everyone is looking to save money, but when it comes to one of the most expensive investments we will make we need to do our homework and choose the best option.
