Howard showed up on time. He came for wind mitigation report and finish his evaluation quickly. He even provided report on same day evening. Howard is certainly a nice person and easy to wok with. I would definitely hire him again for any kind of home inspection and recommend him to friends and family.

Our inspector Mike was great! He arrived well before the appointment time and went right to work as soon as he got to the door. We didn’t have access to the roof of the condo so he used his drone to take photos. After he completed the inspection he thoroughly went over all his findings with us and gave us estimations on cost to fix/repair. The sellers were present and were impressed about the detailed explanation he gave us, as they said their inspectors have never walked them through their findings. This is our first time purchasing a home and we were unsure about who to select for the job, so I trusted the reviews and it’s the real deal. Great company and quality work. Only complaint is that the inspection report doesn’t include the estimated costs verbally discussed, like I said it’s our first time using a home inspector so I didn’t know to ask until later!

Howard was super thorough and professional. His logo was on his shirt and vehicle. He didn't rush and he gave very helpful advice throughout the inspection. AAA+++
Howard was amazing. Treated my husband and I like his “grandkids”😂. He arrived 45 minutes early to get a good idea of the roof and guest home before we even arrived. With everything he highlighted, he saved the buyer thousands and thousands of dollars. His work is extremely thorough and pointed out major components of the house we would have missed without him. Importantly, he gave us the report the very same day which I know is not easy for an inspector. Thank you Howard for making our first home purchase come to life! 10/10 will use him again for any upcoming projects.

Howard did an awesome job on our home inspection. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He was on time, had great pricing and completed the job in a timely manner. We had his report the same evening. He did not require advance payment as most do so we had the ability to cancel prior to inspection if our real estate deal fell through. We highly recommend his services.
