Over a year ago I hired Monitech to install cameras around my house and I could I could not be happier with the product and the overall experience. Mr. Sizer was a pleasure to work with- he showed up early, his bid was reasonable, and he lived up to his word in every way. The installers also showed up early, they worked efficiently, competently, and neatly. The chief installer then trained me on the spot so I could work the system right away. Six months later a camera started to malfunction and with on email to the company they replaced it immediately, and without hesitation. Since I had the system installed there have been three events that I was very grateful to have captured video. With the software that came with the installation, it was easy to transfer that video from the DVR to my computer or to an external drive. Monitech is a well-run company, they know their business, and I would recommend them without reservation.

It is not very often in today's business environment that one gets an opportunity to extend raving reviews about any type of business. However my experience with MONItech Security gives reason to celebrate. The total level of service was exemplary....from the moment I made the phone call to set up an appointment for a proposal to the installation and follow through, I began to feel safe and secure once again. The level of security is of a higher standard and far beyond the security systems my neighbors have. I'm relieved to know someone has my back! Simply great experience and an experience that goes on and on and on....doesn't get better than that! Respectfully and with gratitude submitted.

Monitech Security sent professional installers and replaced my Brinks system, with a high quality alarm and camera system in my home. Services form Monitech have been excellent. I highly recommend getting rid of brings and moving to Monitechs security services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service varies by job type and product. We do over 200 service calls per month and won the award from Monitronics International for having the lowest rework in the country.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we first have a phone conversation to collect details of the customers needs, then visit the property for a FREE security evaluation and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been licensed (EF0001143) in the State of Florida since 1999. We are low voltage experts with extensive ongoing training. Each owner has over 20 years of experience in the security industry.
