Service varies by job type and product. We do over 200 service calls per month and won the award from Monitronics International for having the lowest rework in the country.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we first have a phone conversation to collect details of the customers needs, then visit the property for a FREE security evaluation and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been licensed (EF0001143) in the State of Florida since 1999. We are low voltage experts with extensive ongoing training. Each owner has over 20 years of experience in the security industry.
