I can’t thank them enough for responding so fast to help my dad, who is disabled and I live across the country, 15 mins and he was there. Kind , patient , professional , and got the job done. I really lucked out as it’s scary not to be able to help my dad from opposite coasts. What was needed to be done was completed a half hour later and I feel so much less anxious now and my dad has a phone working again. Thank you for understanding how critical this was for me and for him. We both appreciate you more than you know. When I come visit my dad next month we are going to have a lot of projects for you. And look forward to meeting in person. But this really meant a lot to my dad and I and put us both at ease. Ty🙏🙏

Arrived ahead of schedule, got right to work, and had the TVs, streaming apps, and other equipment for our home running perfectly.
