Fabian and Dewayne were superb to work with! They were very respectful of my home and time. Fabian provided an aggressive time-line for completion and to my surprise was able to meet it. They removed popcorn, prepped and painted the ceilings, painted the walls, removed old carpet and replaced with new vinyl flooring in 3 bedrooms in less than 5 days! Before leaving my home every afternoon, they made sure to sweep and mop the area...impressive. I'm very pleased with the completed job and will without any hesitation call on them in the future.

Hire these guys! Fabian & Dwayne are awesome, honest, upfront, polite and efficient. I had some severe cabinet damage under my sinks, and these guys came to my rescue. I was so pleased with their work I’ll be hiring them again for some additional handyman and plumbing jobs. Thanks F.K.D. Constructions!

These guys are anything but professional! After discussing what I wanted in terms of the layout, and of the high hats to be installed they just went ahead and did what was easiest for them to complete this shoddy work. The spacing and wiring is wrong, and I will now have to hire another guy to fix what they messed up. These guys show2`` up in a car, and if I didn't have ladders here at my home, I don't know what they'd do? Clearly a fly by night operation, and I strongly recommend anyone on here avoid them. There are other guys much better than these guys. In the pictures I submitted I specifically told the guy to wire the 4 inner high hats to one circuit, and the outer 4 on another, so what do they do? They put the 4 on one end on one circuit, and the 4 on the other end on the other. Horrible work, never ever again.

This guy has selective amnesia,(he remembers what he wants) his mother is ill so he took all his frustration out on us. This guy watch us worked, then when we are finish he's like "oh can you offset the lights" I'm like why the hell you watched us cut the dam holes and finish wiring them you want to talk? After that, he had 2 switches could use. So we put 4 of the light on2 a row on one switch the other side same, he's like "oh could you do it In a rectangular way of the lights on one switch"? At that point I was like that's it.... NOTICE HE DIDN'T SAY THE LIGHTS WERE NOT UP AND WORKING. I can say your the worst client I've ever worked for
